David Balsz, Producing Mortgage Branch Manager, has been in the mortgage industry since 1992. Dave became interested in the mortgage profession while he was operating his own general contracting firm and helping families with their remodel needs. Since becoming a loan officer, Dave has consistently been a top producer not only in Southern California, but nationally as well.
Dave has an extensive background helping first-time buyers, move-up buyers, and investors, and he is skilled in international relocations. Dave’s knowledge of FHA, VA, jumbo, and specialty loan programs helps him to provide innovative lending solutions.

Tricia began her real estate and mortgage career as an Administrative Assistant in 2007. Tricia has received many awards and was recognized as the 2010 Employee of the Year for her positive approach to creating a teamwork environment and her commitment and dedication to supporting the corporate staff and real estate professionals. Working as a processor for the last 8 years, Tricia has appreciated the ability to build a closer relationship with customers and use her intense focus and attention to detail to provide an outstanding and positive home-financing experience.
When she is out of the office, Tricia enjoys spending her time on the lake or off-roading with her husband and two-year-old daughter in Lake Havasu City, AZ.
