Get to know Loan Officer Shelly Nelton
Throughout her career, Shelly has stayed true to her core convictions of integrity and selfless service. After serving in the Army, she led support, advocacy, and outreach initiatives for the victim services division of the Williamson County Sheriff’s Office. That experience showed her how hope and opportunity can positively transform lives.
When it came time for a new profession, Shelly chose mortgage lending. “This industry has the same potential to enrich the lives of others,” she says. “Homeownership opens up so many possibilities – from creating lifelong memories to achieving long-term goals for the families I’m privileged to serve.”
Shelly strives to provide above-and-beyond service. Her office hours are never set; she works when real estate happens, not just during the traditional 9 AM to 5 PM business day. Backed by her clear, honest guidance and caring support, her customers can easily understand their mortgage options and what to expect at each step.
Originally in Louisiana, Shelly currently lives in Salado. An outdoor enthusiast, she enjoys fishing, camping, and traveling the world.
