Allen has been around mortgage lending for most of his life—his mother devoted nearly 50 years to the industry and retired from Cornerstone. Inspired by her legacy and his personal passion to serve, Allen has built a 20-year career focused on manufactured housing financing. When the opportunity came to join Cornerstone, he didn’t hesitate—because the company has always felt like family.

Now building Cornerstone’s manufactured housing division from the ground up, he brings a deep understanding of one-time close loans and factory-built home financing. He’s dedicated to making the process as seamless as possible from start to finish. Allen never shies away from rolling up his sleeves and finding solutions to help more families achieve their homeownership dreams.

Allen lives in League City, Texas, with his wife and their very spoiled Bichon/Shih Tzu mix, Charlie Bailey. On the weekends, you’ll find the Baileys on the golf course. Hardworking, honest, and always a phone call away—Allen’s approach is simple: treat clients like family, because everyone deserves a place to call home.
