Senior Loan Officer
With more than seventeen years of mortgage lending experience, Brad Dusek is a motivated professional and a hard-working, energetic member of the Hunter Team. Prior to entering the mortgage industry, he worked for six years in retail and commercial banking. Brad's commitment to serving his clients with honesty and integrity and using his in-depth lending knowledge to find the right mortgage plan for each individual customer makes him an integral part of the Hunter Team.
A graduate of Todd Duncan's High Trust Sales Academy, Brad participates in the Personal Mastery Program and is also a board member for his local Sertoma Club. He has lived in Colorado since moving to Fort Collins to attend college at Colorado State University in 1997. He enjoys staying active with his wife and five children, and he is an annual member of the Collindale golf league. Cornerstone Home Lending, the parent company of Harmony Home Lending, recognized Brad and The Hunter Team in 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, and 2018 for being among the company's Top 50 Producing Teams, making them longtime members of the President's Club.

Loan Officer
Both team members and customers value Sonya's impeccable eye for detail, impressive work ethic, and irresistible enthusiasm. She finds true joy in helping people achieve their long-term goals through homeownership. Sonya is also fluent in Spanish, giving her the opportunity to serve the Latino community with her lending knowledge and dedicated support.
Before joining the mortgage industry, Sonya honed her amazing customer service in the retail industry and served as a legal assistant at a law firm. After buying her first home in 2015, she made a career move to mortgage lending.
"Becoming a homeowner inspired me to help others achieve the same awesome milestone," says Sonya. "I chose Harmony because of its reputation in the market. Plus, many of my colleagues had such a positive experience working with the company."
Born in Berthoud, Sonya graduated from Colorado State University in Fort Collins, where she currently lives. Outside of the office, you'll find Sonya out on the water. She is a certified sailing instructor and regularly competes in dinghy sailboat racing. She also adores spending as much time as possible with her husband and their two dogs.

Production Associate
Our newest member, Aubrey Myers joined The Hunter Team in late 2021. After completing training and coursework, she passed the NST exam and received her Mortgage Loan Originator license in January 2022 and is excited to be learning from such an experienced and talented group of colleagues. Aubrey is eager to help people pursue the dream of home ownership and is looking forward to the new adventures that lie ahead.
Prior to joining Harmony Home Lending, Aubrey worked for 8 years in hotel development and management, and 3 years for a radiology group. Customer service is Aubrey’s specialty and with her outgoing personality and adaptable nature, she will be a great addition to the team.
Aubrey was born overseas and moved around the U.S. some as an Air Force brat before landing in CO, where she’s loved living for most of her life. She moved to Fort Collins in 2019 after building her first home with her husband, which sparked her interest in the mortgage field. She lives with her family and dogs and enjoys being an active sports mom to her two sons. When she’s not working, you’ll find her spectating any kind of game, especially her sons’ baseball games, or at a concert anywhere along the front range.
Lead Processor
Hunter Team Processor Channa Urban got her start in the lending industry in 2002 as a Receptionist for a mortgage company. She graduated in 2002 from Aims College with an Associate's degree in Computer Information Systems. Her work history includes being a Processor for a national bank before joining The Hunter Team. Channa has actually earned the Top Processor Award at the Harmony Branch.
Born in Greeley, Colorado, Channa now lives in Ault. She enjoys spending time with her 10-year-old son and making her annual trip to Mexico.
Assistant Processor
Annika serves as Assistant Processor to the Hunter Team. Diligent, organized, and detail-oriented, she works closely with her team to ensure a smooth loan process and successful closing. She loves being a part of the journey to homeownership and helping clients to have a wonderful experience buying or refinancing their home.
Annika attended St. Olaf College in Northfield, Minnesota and graduated with honors, earning a double degree in American Studies and Environmental Studies. Following her studies, she returned to her hometown of Fort Collins to be close to her family. In her free time, Annika enjoys hiking in mountains and spending time outdoors. Most evenings she exercises her love of music playing piano and French horn.
