Born and raised in the community of Santa Barbara which she now serves, Kelly is committed to helping her clients navigate the most complex financial transaction, a home mortgage. Kelly believes clients are clients for life and continues to nurture relationships beyond the closing of the loan. Her clients are referred from a network of local businesses, including financial planners, accountants, real estate agents, and satisfied past clients. Kelly strongly believes in the power of clear communication with clients and with this has developed her own system to originate a loan from start to finish.

Kelly has more than 27 years of experience in the mortgage industry. Kelly has been recognized annually by Scotsman Guide for Most Closed Loans, Top Purchase and Refinance Volume, and Top Dollar Volume. Her industry experience and vast knowledge has been featured in the Santa Barbara News-Press, Santa Barbara Independent, the trade journal Origination News, and other publications. Additionally, Kelly regularly facilitates seminars for real estate professionals.

Kelly leads a team of highly skilled and experienced support staff and loan originators. Kelly meets weekly with her team to thoroughly review their current pipeline and to improve and streamline their systems. The systems Kelly has implemented in her business have led to some of the best and brightest to come work with Kelly. She believes anything is possible with the right people on her team.

Marcy Wimbish

When it comes to providing innovative mortgage solutions, Marcy believes no challenge is too tricky. She offers 16 years of experience in market industries and a deep knowledge of economic forces, bond markets, and mortgage structures, which has helped her hone the tools to best help her clients achieve their goals. She believes her work as a Loan Originator is based on providing creative and strategic solutions in a highly ethical way, all while building real relationships that last for life. “I want my clients to trust I will do everything to put them in the best product,” she says. “I’m happy knowing I’ve made them happy.”

Born in New York and raised in New Jersey, Marcy has called Santa Barbara home for the last 15 years. She received an MS in Artificial Intelligence from Columbia University and then an MBA in Finance from the NYU Stern School of Business, after which she worked with large international clients in institutional bond sales. She also has a deep love for helping others, and has volunteered in numerous positions and for numerous causes over the years – educating, fundraising, planning events, performing community outreach, and more. When she’s not aiding clients or volunteering, Marcy devotes her free time to her family and friends.

Angelica Chavez

Angelica Chavez works closely with clients and her team, preparing loans for closing and helping clients get into their new homes. With over 14 years of experience in loan processing, she brings an in-depth knowledge of loan products, a sophisticated understanding of the financial market, and exceptional customer service skills. She cares for people and always seeks to build long-term relationships with her clients. She focuses on educating her clients in the home-buying process while finding them the best home loan program that suits their needs. She frequently attends educational conferences and training workshops to serve her clientele better and provide five-star customer service.

Angelica has a very good understating of Santa Barbara’s unique culture and rich heritage, although born in Mexico she has been part of our community for over 30 years and has participated in multiple Old Spanish days celebrations representing her Mexican roots. She attended the University of California San Diego and shares her time between San Diego and Santa Barbara. Being fluent in both Spanish and English allows her to connect more in depth with the families we service.

Outside of work Angelica enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and two sons.
