David Kirske, Mortgage Advisor at Cornerstone Home Lending, started with The Niles Team in 2018 after Graduating from Gonzaga University with a Business Finance degree. David assist clients through the initial steps of obtaining a loan all the way through the process to ensure an seamless closing.

David was born and raised in Washington and spends his free time in the outdoors, skiing, paddle boarding, and traveling.

Kami has worn many hats since joining the mortgage industry in 1998. In her current role as the Niles Team's processor, she meticulously manages, verifies, and preps loan files for underwriting. Her sharp eye for detail, relentless work ethic, and tactical problem-solving contribute to the team's consistent delivery of smooth, on-time closings.

Outside of work, Kami devotes her spare time to her husband and keeping up with the many after-school activities of their four children! Kami also enjoys fixing up houses, cheering on her favorite football team, and exploring the great outdoors.
