Helping people finance their dream home is not just Cathy Larsen’s job; it’s her passion.

Raised in the Texas Hill Country, Cathy moved to Houston after marrying Scott, her husband of 28 years. She started her career in banking and as her children grew she committed herself full time to the mortgage industry, earning her loan officer license in 2003. Cathy has learned a lot along the way, and combined with her dedication to excellence and her many years of experience, she has become proficient with the various loan products offered including jumbo, conventional, VA, Texas Veteran Land Board, FHA, and many first-time homebuyer programs. She’s excited to be part of Crestmark Mortgage, working with Perry Homes.

Now that she and Scott are empty nesters and residing in Tomball, Texas, they take time off work for themselves: visiting wineries, antique shopping, and going to college football games. She also enjoys painting and woodcarving to relax after a busy day.
