Meet Cody

Home Loan Consultant Cody Hart joined his mother, Sara Hart, in the home loan industry in 1996 to help bring their computer systems up to speed, but quickly found his niche in the mortgage business. He enjoys being a trusted professional in guiding his clients in what can be one of the most important decisions in their financial lives. His experience and integrity help his customers confidently find the ideal mortgage solution for their individual needs, and Cody and the rest of the Hart Team close their loans on time, as promised. Their years of experience combined with their efficient process make them an ideal choice for families working toward purchasing their dream homes.

Born in Columbus, Nebraska, Cody grew up in Loveland and earned a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Colorado State University. He is extremely family oriented, and is involved in his children’s baseball, softball, volleyball and golf leagues. He also personally enjoys golf, weightlifting, hiking, mountain biking and snow skiing.
