Having been raised in the mortgage business, Senior Residential Lender Jason Humphries followed in his father's footsteps and began his career in mortgage lending in 2002. Jason is currently finishing up his Master of Accountancy at Colorado State University.

With eight years of experience, Jason is dedicated to following market trends and keeping up on new loan program available to his clients. He also prides himself on ensuring they are always taking advantage of the most competitive interest rates available. Always doing what makes the most financial sense for his customer is what has made Jason stand out in this industry.

Born in Elizabethtown, Kentucky, Jason moved to Fort Collins at a young age. In his spare time, he enjoys playing golf and spending time with his wife and kids. Corey has channeled his passion for serving others and a love of numbers into a thriving career in mortgage lending. With his in-depth industry insight, he offers innovative financing solutions to help people achieve their homeownership dreams.

Corey graduated from Metropolitan State University with a bachelor’s degree in finance. He honed his exceptional customer care during 14 years of service in the hospitality field. He previously managed Marriott’s #1 rated customer service department in the country, and was honored with Marriott’s Commitment to Excellence and Renaissance’s Above and Beyond awards.

Since joining the mortgage industry in 2010, Corey has become a leader in the local lending community. He graduated from the Colorado Mortgage Lenders Association’s Leadership Program and is a member of its Leadership Development Forum. Corey’s dedication to excellence has also helpedThe Humphries Team rank as Top Producers year after year.

Born in Oak Harbor, Washington, Corey has called Colorado home for over 30 years and counting. When he’s not helping customers, supporting team members, or mentoring the next generation of loan officers, Corey devotes his time to his wife and their two children. He also enjoys camping, fishing, traveling, and restoring classic cars.

Professional, caring, and dependable, Production Associate Kristen Fuller is dedicated to supporting clients through their home loan process, by helping them get into a home they really want or need or providing financial improvement through a refinance. “I love working with clients to make their hopes, dreams, and plans become real,” Kristen says.

Passionate about great service, Kristen ensures clients receive consistent communication and a clear understanding of the process and numbers. Known for strong problem-solving skills, she is driven to find a solution at any bump in the road and swiftly resolve any hiccups. Beyond providing an exceptional experience, Kristen strives for each homebuyer to feel like they are her only client.

Outside of work, Kristen enjoys being with friends and family, volunteering in her community, and spending time outdoors – walking, running, and hiking.

Michelle Keating

Michelle Keating Stewart, Senior Loan Processor and Closer for the Humphries Team, began her mortgage industry career in 1996 when she decided to return to the professional world after staying home to raise her small children. She became interested in residential lending as a result of her father's career as an experienced Loan Officer. She enjoys assisting clients with the purchase of a new home and helping make a stressful process as smooth and streamlined as possible. She has been a valuable member of the Humphries Team for the entirety of her career.

Born in Denver, Michelle has lived in Colorado for most of her life. In her spare time she enjoys scrapbooking and attending hockey games with her family.
