Originally from Brazil, Kate moved to the U.S. at the age of 16. She spent the early years of her career as an OB/GYN nurse, before diving into the housing industry after receiving an unexpected job offer. She has been in home lending since 2014 and absolutely LOVES serving homebuyers.

Honored to help clients reach the major milestone of a home purchase or refinance, Kate enjoys providing value and facilitating a stress-free experience. She prides herself on providing professional service in a personal manner. Fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, she is ready to support homebuyers in these languages.

When she’s not working, you can find Kate spending time with her family and friends. She loves music, nature, reading, and traveling – especially to the beach.

Lorena will help guide you through the ending stages of the process and help get you to the closing table. She’ll reach out with updates, coordinate between parties, and gather documents so you close on time!
