As Loan Officer, Kristen guides homebuyers through the home loan process, providing guidance and support at each step. She enjoys working with clients to find the right solution for their needs, building friendly relationships, and making the process pleasant and stress-free.

Prior to launching her career in the mortgage industry in 2013, Kristen spent 27 years as a mail carrier with the United States Postal Service. She was inspired to become a Loan Officer from her belief that everyone should have the opportunity to own a home and experience the American dream. She loves helping others make their dream of homeownership a reality.

Kristen was born in Denver, Colorado, but has spent most of her life in the Houston area. She currently resides in Spring, Texas with her husband of 37 years. Outside of work, Kristen enjoys spending time with her children, grandchildren, and friends. She loves to travel anywhere and is always ready to go. If you ask her if she wants to go, her answer will be an enthusiastic “YES!”
