Loan Officer
Blake is devoted to making a positive difference in the lives of others by helping them achieve the American Dream of homeownership. As a Loan Officer, Blake guides homebuyers through the lending process, providing guidance and support at each step. A true mortgage professional, Blake always knew this would be his calling, as it allows him to help people each day. He has served in home lending for more than eight years and enjoys meeting people from every walk of life, while supporting them in reaching their home financing objectives. With a business model built firmly around trust, the Bravo Team’s goal is to create clients for life, building relationships beyond the transaction.
Blake’s passion for serving his community extends outside of the office. An avid supporter of the Houston Rodeo, he serves as a member of the Wine Sales and Events Committee and the Mutton Bustin’ Committee. Blake and his wife, Samantha, are involved with Houston PetSet and K9 Angels, fostering dogs and helping them to find their “fur-ever” homes.
A lifelong Texan, Houston is home to Blake and his family. He attended college at Texas Tech University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Personal Finance. In his leisure time, Blake enjoys spending time at Memorial Park, playing golf, and traveling.

Ashley’s favorite moment of the loan process is telling a client they are approved and ready to close. As Loan Processor, she is dedicated to making this happen. Ashley diligently ensures each document is prepared and each detail is considered in preparation for a smooth, worry-free closing day. The feeling of helping others achieve their goal of homeownership has inspired her to serve in the mortgage industry for more than 15 years. When she’s not working, Ashley loves to spend time with her amazing family – her husband of 15 years, and their three wonderful children.
