Born and raised in North Carolina, Tiffany lives in Grays Creek with her husband, children, and two adorable Goldendoodles. She spends her time outside of work simply being outside! Tiffany and her family love to explore North Carolina’s gorgeous coastline. You can also find her cheering the loudest for her sons at their baseball and football games.

Heather is dedicated to making sure each client receives a positive home-financing experience. She handles and prepares all the necessary information and documents to support clients in their homebuying journey, always providing top-notch service and a can-do attitude. With in-depth knowledge of all the mortgage ins-and-outs, she ensures a smooth process from start to closing – helping with anything and everything in between!

Heather entered the mortgage world after university and has loved it ever since. She currently lives in Willow Spring with her husband and twin boys (who just turned five!). They love spending time together outside as a family, and always have a blast cheering on the Wolfpack football team at Carter Finley Stadium!

Her five-star ratings on all platforms motivate her to offer outstanding service on every transaction. Because every client's needs are unique, she will work with you to find a loan that works best for YOU. In her experience in the mortgage industry, she has been presented with many challenges, but if there is a solution, Lexie will find it!

In Lexie’s spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, and relaxing while vacationing somewhere tropical.

Knowledgeable, helpful, and courteous, Loan Officer Tiffany Spell works closely with clients to lead them though the loan process and help them reach their homebuying goals. With 20 years in the industry, Tiffany is well-informed on mortgage products and experienced in helping clients through all types of hurdles and challenges. “No” isn’t in her vocabulary; she is determined to find a solution and work together with clients to get them where they want to go.

Tiffany’s hard work and determination has earned her accolades throughout her career, including President’s Club awards for the past five consecutive years. She was in the top 1% of Loan Officers in her company in 2016, 2017, and 2018.

Tiffany has called Hope Mills home her entire life. Outside of work, she enjoys loving on her babies, chickens and puppies, and working on her farm.

Joe Spell loves seeing the joy people experience as they get the keys to their new home. With knowledge, compassion, and an eagerness to serve, Joe guides buyers from application, to this joyful moment, and beyond.

Inspired to join the mortgage industry after his own experience buying his first home, Joe was disappointed by the lack of people willing to help him, as a first-time buyer with little knowledge of the process. Now an experienced Loan Officer, he helps buyers to be in-the-know regarding their home financing options and supports them throughout the process. Known for his exceptional customer service, Joe’s clients never have to worry about not being able to reach him and can count on him to stay in touch far beyond closing.

Joe is a lifetime resident of Hope Mills, NC. He enjoys spending his free time with family and friends on the lake, at the beach, or in the mountains.

With a calm and cool demeaner, Mark seamlessly manages details throughout the loan process, working closely with clients and his team at each step. Focused on ensuring a smooth progression and on-time closing, his biggest motivation is wanting clients to be happy and enjoy a stress-free homebuying experience.

Born and raised in New York, Mark now resides in Hope Mills, North Carolina. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and their three children, being outdoors, and cooking.
