Senior Mortgage Loan Consultant and Mortgage Branch Manager Mike Lynch originally joined the home-financing industry in 1994 when he began refinancing homes for a mortgage broker. While it piqued his interest in the business, it wasn't until he started originating home loans for a mortgage banker in 1997 that he found his niche. He discovered a passion for getting a deserving family into the home of their dreams, and he finds helping a past client to save money with a refinance equally satisfying. It wasn't long before he was offered a Sales Management position with a national bank. Since transitioning to a leadership role, he has made it his goal to see that each client that finances with his group feels they received the superior customer service they deserve.

Mike ensures that every issue encountered is addressed and that his clients are always kept up-to-date. A top originator for every company he's worked for since 1998, Mike maintains that level of success at Cornerstone Home Lending by continuing to provide personalized service to each customer that best serves their individual home financing needs and goals. 

Born and raised in San Diego, Mike graduated from Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles, where he earned a bachelor's degree in business management with a minor in communications. He and his wife Robin have two daughters and a son, and they love being involved in each of their endeavors. As a family, they enjoy water skiing and snow skiing, and they like to vacation and spend time with their friends.
