Karen is the Team Captain and Kelly's "wingman" for over 20 years! She helps lead and guide the team to successful on-time closings. She manages the contract-to-close process, is our self-employment income guru and knows every nuance of the home loan process. If there's a problem, she'll solve it. Karen is the mother to 4 children and her oldest son served in the Navy. This makes her very proud as she considers herself a military brat since her Dad served 20 years in the Army!
